IBFTA
International public organization «INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF BEAUTY, FASHION AND TALENT» hereinafter (IBFTA) is a public organization uniting festivals, competitions, production centers, designers, fashion houses, artists, sculptors, scientific and creative workers, specialists, producers from different countries.
The goals of the Organization are:
• promoting the development of world beauty, fashion and talent;
• popularization of the best achievements of IBFTA members;
• increasing the competitiveness of IBFTA members from different countries
• scientific and scientific-technical research in the field of beauty, fashion and talent as the most important component of the economy, promoting international cultural and scientific-technical interaction;
• conducting independent public examination of programs and projects in the field of beauty, fashion and talent;
• protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members, providing social and other guarantees;
• coordination of joint activities of educational institutions with beauty, fashion and talent enterprises;
• support for organizers of beauty, fashion and talent events in different countries;
• partnership with research structures of universities, academic institutes, and other research institutions in different countries;
• interaction with legislative and executive authorities on issues of state policy in the field of education, participation in the procedures of public and professional accreditation of educational institutions.
To achieve its goals, the Organization carries out the following activities:
• organization and holding of festivals, competitions, conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, galleries, trade shows, auctions in the field of beauty, fashion and talent
• scientific and scientific-technical research and development in the field of beauty, fashion and talent;
• establish mass media and carry out publishing activities;
• freely disseminate information about its activities;
• in the manner prescribed by law, represent and protect the rights and legitimate interests of its members, as well as other citizens in government bodies, local governments and public associations;
• act and initiate various issues of public life;
• make proposals to government bodies;
• attract funds on a voluntary basis from state and other institutions and organizations, as well as individual citizens;
• carry out charitable activities in accordance with the legislation on charitable activities;
• independently determine the procedure, forms of organization and remuneration of full-time employees and attracted specialists.
The main event is the annual presentation of the WAF AWARDS Beauty, Fashion and Talent Award.
WAF AWARDS is an annual assessment of the highest professional achievements in the field of formation and development of beauty, fashion and talent in the countries where IBFTA operates.

The organization, within its competence, cooperates with all interested enterprises, professional associations and unions, public and scientific organizations, legislative and executive authorities, international organizations and other legal entities and individuals.
The following may become members of the National Academy of Fashion Industry:
• Citizens who have reached the age of 18, share the goals of IBFTA, pay an entrance fee, regularly pay membership fees and take personal part in the work of IBFTA;
• Public associations that are legal entities that have expressed solidarity with the goals and objectives of IBFTA, are ready to recognize the IBFTA Charter, pay an entrance fee, regularly pay membership fees and promote the activities of IBFTA, including by financing the events held by the organization;
• Collective members of IBFTA may be public organizations whose activities are related to the beauty, fashion and talent industries.
Admission to IBFTA membership.
A person wishing to become a member of IBFTA submits a written application to the head of the structural division of IBFTA or directly to the President of IBFTA. The application must be accompanied by a recommendation from at least two IBFTA members.
